All DRAFT THIS products are made to order. Please allow time for your item to be printed and prepared before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships. Please allow a short period for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times. DRAFT THIS cannot guarantee an exact arrival date once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and details about the issue. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the item and packaging when possible so we can help resolve the problem.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
