RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every DRAFT THIS item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, change of mind, or buyerβs remorse.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
SIZING
Please review the size chart included with each product before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size is ordered.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If tracking shows an issue with your shipment or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
